Human Resources Planning
Human Resources Planning (HRP) ensures that the organization has the right number of human resources, at the right place, at the right time, capable of completing their tasks, duties, and responsibilities effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the organization’s overall objectives.
HRP influences the analysis of expected staff supply and demand which are influenced by the expected future environment; internally and externally. The supply represents the available Human Resources, which involves both internal sources inside the organization and external sources at the labour market. The demand represents the organization’s need and requirement of Human Resources numbers, types, skills, capabilities and locations.
