This system is used in over 80 communities to track all real properties of Businesses and calculate depreciation and property tax based on various community specific calculations.

Though originally developed in VFP, the system has evolved into a hosted Cloud based model that is extremely flexible and easy to set up and train any community.

It is now based on MS SQL Server and written in C# with MVC architecture.
