Plan your tasks weekly/Daily

Before you start work, make a plan for the week and for that day. You can do this as you are coming into the office or a few minutes before you leave for the day. Sure you can do it, as you get up and while you are in the bed or in the shower! All it takes is a minute or two to tell the mind to plan the day ahead of time; set time expectations for tasks and think about resources you need to get them done.
